The Artist Outreach Honored With Service Recognition Awards!

Rainbow Days, a non-profit partner of TAO, presented us with the PROMISE AWARD as their 2019 agency partner choice for our service.  As well, one of our staff members, Tony Ballard, was honored with the RIPPLE EFFECT Award as a recipient of the Rainbow Days’ impact to the community!   Tony was a former child attending Rainbow Days.
