TCA honors TAO’s Chief Executive

TCA (Texas Commission on The Arts) honors TAO’s Chief Executive, Joseph Vincelli, by requesting his assistance in evaluating nearly 20 state-wide non-profit applicants for their fall grant award, Arts Respond Project.

This position is extremely important as it helps to decide where state funding is being best utilized for the use of the arts within Texas.
