Exciting School Year Upon Us!

As we approach our new school year, we have many exciting programs (supported by various foundations) throughout Dallas and Tarrant County, and throughout the Greater Kansas City areas.

Specifically in this post we would like to tell you what will transpire at Mesquite ISD:

•  STREAMliners Arts-Integrated Academic Education programming will support Pre-Kindergarten and 1st grade programs teaching language arts and math throughout all 33 elementary school campuses.  Funding is proudly supported by the following:

          –  David M. Crowley Family Foundation

          –  Pinon Foundation

• Advanced Academics is a class that teaches youngsters how to create songs from scratch using technology.  The course targets Grades 3 – 6, teaching them how to explore, fail, self-discover, and succeed through improvisation taught by our music production team.

This is a very exciting year as it is filled with many passionate and eager teachers and students learning in a bold and imaginative way!
